Our Work Conditioning Program is designed for individuals with work related injuries that require physical conditioning in order to return to their daily duties. This program includes strength, endurance, flexibility, motor control, and cardiovascular training with the goal of improving physical capabilities and preventing repeat injuries from occurring.
Our Work Hardening Program is designed for individuals with work related injuries that require physical conditioning, with a focus on biomechanical, cardiovascular, metabolic, neuromuscular and psychosocial functions in conjunction with their daily duties. This program includes strength and flexibility training, cardiovascular training, spine and joint stabilization exercises, and job task training with the goal of returning patients to their pre-injury work level.
Our Chronic Pain Rehabilitation Program is designed for individuals with chronic pain that impacts activities of daily living and work functions. By combining physical treatments and skills training to alleviate pain and bring back daily function with education and personal support to ensure patients have the resources to carry these treatments forward, we aim to provide a full service program with the goal of improving daily life and helping to overcome the barriers to wellness.

Functional Capacity Evaluations are used to assess the physical capabilities of patients who have suffered a work-related injury. Our team uses this evaluation to determine patient ready-ness to return to work, or if accommodations are required to return to work safely.
The Golden Pain Management & Rehabilitation team is trained to declare a patient to be at maximum medical improvement, MMI, and provide impairment ratings, IR, necessary for work compensation benefits.
